How often do I speak with my Success Manager? 

Your Success Manager will set up weekly calls so you can review performance and revisit your strategy. We adapt to your preferred method of communication (WhatsApp, Slack, Email, etc.).

What can I expect from the weekly reporting? 

We send out weekly reports on Mondays via email from your Success Manager. We include a set of KPIs to open performance visibility (sales, ad spend, WoW growth, etc.). If you require any analysis in particular, you can notify your Success Manager and they will deliver accordingly.

What experience does my Success Manager have? 

Our Success Managers are advertising specialists and accredited. During our recruitment process, we ensure our Success Managers  have years of direct experience in the advertising and ecommerce arena. We submit them through a rigorous interview process which includes a set of logical, analytical, and quantitative assessments. Once they join our team, they are required to complete our training and obtain an accreditation from Amazon. We conduct daily internal meetings to review client performance and align ourselves with your goals.
